Magic Castle Guest Passes

FULL DESCRIPTION

PLEASE READ: Magic Castle guest passes are only available as a THANK YOU for orders of $25 and over (before shipping and tax) and can't be obtained by themselves. The passes themselves are of course free and don't cost anything. Please however make sure to add the Magic Castle pass to the shopping cart before checkout if you would like one.

The Magic Castle in Hollywood is a private magic club and only open to members and their guests. These guest passes give you access to this unique and exclusive club. You will be attending as a guest of the owner of Wizard Headquarters. While these passes open the doors for you, you are still responsible for the door cover charges (currently around $30 per person - call the Magic Castle for exact charges), making a dinner reservation as part of your visit and abiding by all club rules (esp. age restrictions and dress code).

Each guest pass is valid for a party of up to 8 people, cover charges per person apply, no one under 21, strict dress code, dinner reservation required, restrictions apply. Passes can't be ordered separately. Maximum: One free pass per order.


How does this work? (The below ONLY applies to orders containing Magic Castle passes)

We ship all orders the next business day and at the same time your order ships, your Magic Castle pass will automatically be emailed to you, so you don't have to wait for your order to arrive.

As soon as you receive the email, you can print out your Magic Castle pass and make your reservation; the pass contains everything you need to know before visiting the Magic Castle. You will need to bring the pass once you go.

By default you will receive a dinner pass, which is valid for 3 months from the order date.

The pass will be emailed to the email address you use when placing your order and it will show the name of the shipping address (not billing address) you provided.

If you need a different kind of pass i.e. for weekend brunches or with a different name on it, please contact us by email at support@wizardhq.com after you have placed your order.

Should you request a Magic Castle pass with an order for an out of stock item, you will not be able to cancel that order once we issue the Magic Castle pass; you can however request a store credit. Once the product becomes available again, your order will automatically ship on the next business day. We will automatically let you know when we expect out of stock items to come back in and any changes to the availability date. In case a product you are waiting for is discontinued, we will issue a store credit for that item.
