What you need to watch Instant Download videos
In order to watch any of our videos you'll either need Windows Media Player or Quicktime. If you receive an error message when you are trying to watch one of our videos with Windows Media Player you may not have that player installed. In that case try the same with Quicktime. If Quicktime is installed the video will start loading and you'll see a play button at the bottm of the player window. Simply click the play button to watch the video. Should neither of these work you might need to download and install either one of these players.
Windows Media Player is usually already installed when you buy a Windows PC or Laptop. Computers that run Microsoft's Windows operating system usually have Windows Media Player, and Apple computers usually have the Quicktime media player installed. What you need to read Adobe PDF eBooks
In order to read any of our Adobe PDF eBooks you need Adobe Reader which is available for free from Adobe. If you receive an error message when you are trying to open a PDF file, you may not have the Adobe Reader installed. Adobe PDFs are the most widely used electronic book format and usually Adobe Reader is already installed when you buy a Windows PC or Laptop. Once you downloaded the videos they are yours to learn and perform. You should however refrain from sharing these videos or eBooks with anyone else, as you purchased the right to use them but not the right to distribute, copy, share or publish them.
