Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What shipping methods are offered? A: Most packages are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Delivery confirmation numbers are provided for all packages. Occasionally, we also ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) in cases where shipping with USPS is not possible, i.e. flash products or heavy items.

Q: How do I get store promotions? A: Enter the the respective coupon codes during checkout. Our standard promotions are: free domestic shipping for orders over $100 and a 10% volume discount on orders of $200 and over. These 2 standard promotions are automatically applied during checkout - just make sure to select USPS or UPS as shipping option (if you select 'Standard Shipping' the discounts won't be applied). Some store items are excluded from these and other promotions due to agreements with the manufacturers.
